Inspirations On Hand ships only to the United States. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your items, but if you don’t or if there is a problem or issue with any individual items purchased or items in your box please send us a message through our “Contact Us” link and we will attempt to solve that issue for you.

Please note: Inspirations on Hand only refunds returns in the form of store credit.

All returns must be shipped back to Inspirations on Hand within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
