We want you to love your items, but if you don’t or if there is a problem or issue with any individual items purchased or items in your box please send us a message through our “Contact Us” link and we will attempt to solve that issue for you.

 

Please note: Inspirations on Hand only refunds returns in the form of store credit.

 

• All returns must be shipped back to Inspirations on Hand within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
